The 1.5-kilometre cultural trail passes through the centre of Taivalkoski. Along the way, you can stop for a coffee and donut at Jalava, or get an ice cream from the Kalle Päätalo market.

The cultural trail “Taivalkoski of a thousand stories” starts on Urheilutie at the canoeing centre, runs across the Iijoki River via Talonpojantie towards Kauppatie, ending at the manor of a Lehto burgher.
