Elsanaho is situated at Metsakylä in Taivalkoski. Here, you can spend the nights in the peace and quiet of the countryside. Our guesthouse has a kitchen, a meeting room, a sauna and four rooms with beds for up to 11 people, and one spare bed.

Amenities: fireplace, television, sauna. The kitchen has an oven, an electric stove, a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher and dishes. The location is ideal for hunters, fishermen and hikers. Distances: Taivalkoski 40 km, Suomussalmi and Puolanka 60 km. The guesthouse is also suitable for hosting parties and meetings. Pets allowed.

Elsanaho is also home to the Backwoods Husky sled dog farm with about forty huskies. In winter, we offer husky safaris ranging from short trips to overnight camps. In summer, we can arrange farm visits and guided treks with the huskies, weather permitting.
