Husky farm

The Finn Jann husky farm is a nature adventure business in Jurmu, 15 km from the Taivalkoski village centre. Finn Jann can arrange safaris lasting several days, as well as shorter trips for larger groups. It is also possible to have a safari in a location requested by the client.

Accommodation

Group accommodation at the farm

Accommodation at the farm is available either in a room (for 2 people) or a cabin (for 4 people), which have a mini kitchen, TV, radio, toilet and shower. The guests can also use the pool, the hut and the campfire site.

An 8-person cabin with an indoor sauna, solar panels, radio, TV, gas stove & oven, and fridge.

Jänisvaara

A rugged cabin for hunters, far away from any neighbours. An 8-person log cabin. Gas stove/oven. Outdoor sauna. Water from a nearby stream.

Kostonjärvi

A 6-person cabin for fishermen at the mouth of Kuoliojoki. Located right next to the best fishing spot in Taivalkoski, a wood-heated cabin (no electricity), fitted with a gas stove, a fridge and an excellent outdoor sauna.
