We offer cabin accommodation from June till the end of October, 30 km north from the parish village of Taivalkoski. Our tranquil log cabin is located on the shore of the pristine Lake Loukusanjärvi, with an old rural atmosphere.

Our cabin has enough beds for 7 people, but due to its size, it is better-suited for four people.

Hallway, kitchen/living room, bedroom (2 beds), indoor toilet, washroom + electric sauna, loft (5 beds) and a covered porch where evenings can be enjoyed even when it’s raining.

By the summer of 2020, the flushing toilet will be replaced with an eco-friendly composting toilet

The cabin has electricity and running water.

The cabin can be heated with electric radiators and a heat-storing fireplace, a limited amount of firewood is included in the rent.

You can drive up to the courtyard, and there are plenty of parking spots available.

Private beach and pier; near the cabin, the lakebed near the cabin gets deep suddenly, and that beach is only suitable for older children and adults. There are also shallower sandy beaches nearby, which you can reach on foot or by boat.

The cabin is situated within our courtyard, but it is secluded.
